We are Jungian analysts, accredited members of the C.G. Jung Institut- Zürich, and members of the IAAP - International Association for Analytical Psychology.

We offer sessions in Barcelona, in Luxembourg, and online.

We work in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

We navigate through the waters of life, often searching for a light that is already present, though we may not yet see it. That light exists, and can be found in the Unconscious.

As therapists with a Jungian orientation, we work with raw material from the Unconscious, such as dreams, inner images, artwork, myths, fairy tales, sandtrays, symbolic cards...

We share common foundations, yet each of us brings distinct experiences and a personal approach to the work, partially reflected in the individual pages of this website.

Life is continuous transformation and demands continuous adaptation.

At times, we do not understand what is happening in us and why. Our usual ways of coping with life do not seem to work anymore.

We may feel overwhelmed by anxiety or feel stuck, empty, depressed, angry, guilty or ashamed - sometimes without an obvious reason. In reality, we are probably looking for new meaning in life.

Jungian analysis explores the human psyche below the surface of everyday consciousness. It is a process that can be especially helpful when we find ourselves at a critical junction in life, when we wish to understand more about our inner functioning or we simply aim for further personal development.
